(Cincinnati, OH) A settlement has finally been reached in the rift between Macy’s and Martha Stewart.
The retailer and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia were at odds after Stewart’s company reached a deal in 2011 to sell some of the products at JC Penney.
Those products didn’t have the Martha Stewart name, but Macy’s still claimed Martha Stewart Living was in breach of contract.
The terms of the settlement were not released.
