Southwest Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation reports widespread outages in Tipton, Brighton, and Mt Carmel areas. They say crews are on their way.
Southwest TN EMC said the largest remaining outages are in Brighton, east of Highway 51 and Charles Place between Tipton and Munford. They say there is extensive damage still to be repaired.
Some down tree limbs have been reported. A flash flood warning has been issued until 8:45 p.m. for Mississippi, Tipton and Lauderdale Counties.
