(Memphis) It’s severe weather awareness week in Tennessee.
With 2013 already setting a record for Middle Tennessee`s second-highest month ever for tornado outbreaks, emergency managers and meteorologists are getting together to make sure you have the information you need to keep your family safe in the event of severe weather.
Throughout the week, they will he holding educational activities and drills to help people prepare for tornadoes, damaging winds, flash floods, lightning and hail.
