(Southaven, MS) Veterans of all ages attended Southaven’s annual Veterans Day Appreciation luncheon Monday.
The event featured the presentation of colors, recognition of all military branches and World War II veteran Olin Pickens was the guest speaker.
Olin spoke to the crowd about his memories of being a prisoner of war and how his faith kept him alive.
