(San Jose, CA) A man caught naked, waving a sword, is now behind bars in California.
Officers in San Jose tracked down the suspect after someone called 911 saying the man had an assault rifle.
Police spotted the man’s vehicle near an expressway.
The suspect stopped the car and got out wearing nothing but his birthday suit and waving a large Samurai sword.
Police chased him down on foot and took him into custody.
