MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police investigated a report of a female student who was sexually assaulted at Carver High School, but they found no evidence.

Officers went to the school at about 8:30 a.m. Monday to investigate a possible sexual assault. They were told a girl was assaulted while at school.

Memphis Police were contacted immediately, but police said they found no evidence to support the allegation and have closed the investigation.
