EL SEGUNDO, Cali. — The NFL has extended its contract with DirecTV to carry the “Sunday Ticket” package.

The agreement is reportedly worth $12 billion over eight years and expands DirecTV’s rights to stream out-of-market games live on mobile devices and online.

DirecTV first started carrying out-of-market games in 1994.
