MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Tabitha Gentry will spend eight less years behind bars.
A Tennessee Appeal Court ruled Gentry’s sentences should be served concurrently, rather than consecutively.
Gentry was sentenced to 14 for years for evading arrest and assault of an officer.
The decision affects those charges.
Gentry is also appealing her 20 year sentence for theft and burglary for when she squatted in a million dollar Memphis home.
Throughout the cases, Gentry has been uncooperative, saying she considers herself a sovereign citizen of the Moorish Republic.
