MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Target is planning to double its offering of organic and sustainable products this year from more than 100 to more than 200.

The retailer debuted 16 brands last year, offering things like bleach-free diapers and non-aerosol air fresheners.

New products include natural children’s soaps and veggie pouches with a full serving of spinach.
