(Nashville, TN) District 91 Representative Lois DeBerry was honored during a ceremony Monday declaring November pancreatic cancer awareness month in Tennessee.
Representative DeBerry is a pancreatic cancer survivor and the first woman to be Speaker Pro Tempore of the Tennessee House.
The event was held by Governor Bill Haslam and Tennessee House Speaker Beth Harwell also took part in the ceremony.
