(Memphis) A Tennessee man is behind bars in Kentucky after police say he was found wandering outside a stranger’s home acting like a chicken.
Police have charged 48-year-old Daniel Peoples with public intoxication.
They say when they arrested him he was trying to scare away imaginary people in the yard by clucking and moving like a chicken.
Police say he was using bath salts at the time of the incident.
