(Memphis) A bittersweet moment for the 2013 graduating class from Bishop Byrne High School.
The class of 2013 will be the last senior class.
Saturday members of the class of 2013 received their diplomas at
Saint Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.
The Catholic Diocese announced earlier this year that it was shutting down the school due to low enrollment and rising maintenance costs.
Bishop Byrne opened back in 1965.
Thirty-one seniors graduated.
