MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Thousands continued to be without power Wednesday morning as strong storms moved through the Mid-South.
As of 10:05 a.m., more than 2,900 MLGW accounts were without power.
The outages are spread across the Memphis and suburban area.
At one point Tuesday, more than 13,000 people were without power.
The hardest hit areas seem to be along I-55 in South Memphis and inside the I-240/I-40 loop.
Power was restored to most late Wednesday.
