MEMPHIS — After spotting Ole Miss a quick 14-0 lead, the Memphis Tigers ripped off 31 straight points en route to a 37-24 upset win over the Rebels, snapping Ole Miss’ six-game winning streak in the series.

Junior quarterback Paxton Lynch going 39-53 for 384 yards and 3 touchdowns as the Tigers improved to 6-0 on the season, winning their 13th straight game dating back to last season.

Not only did Ole Miss lose the game, the Rebels also lost All-American defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche to a concussion in the second quarter.  Nkemdiche was injured not on defense, but rather on a short run for the Rebels.  With the loss, Ole Miss falls to 5-2 on the season.
