TIPTON COUNTY, Tenn. — Two twin sisters are charged for taking advantage of TennCare.
Holly Goodbar and Heather Faucher were arrested on Wednesday on two counts of theft of services over $10,000 and TennCare fraud.
According to the Office of the Inspector General, both women claimed to have children living with them, allowing them to get access to the insurance program.
This isn’t the first time Goodbar has been in trouble for fraud.
In 2005, she was sentenced to four years behind bars after pleading guilty to another case of TennCare fraud.
She was allegedly trying to pay for a forged prescription.
TennCare fraud is a felony which cares a sentence of up to two years for each count.
Theft of services is also a felony that could land a person behind bars for up to six years per charge.
