NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A man who was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top Ten Most Wanted list on Thursday has been arrested.

Benjamin Scott Brewer was taken into custody in Lexington, Kentucky, on Friday by the U.S. Marshals Service and Lexington Police.

According to the TBI, Brewer was driving an 18-wheeler while impaired on June 26 in Hamilton County.

While speeding through a construction zone on I-75, Brewer smashed into several vehicles, killing six individuals.

A Hamilton County Grand Jury charged him with six counts of vehicular homicide, four counts of reckless aggravated assault, one count of DUI, one count of speeding and one count of false report.

There was a $1,000 reward for any information leading to his arrest.
