TORRANCE, Cali. — Toyota is going green!

The automaker is rolling out the Mirai, an emission-free hydrogen powered vehicle.

Mirai means “future” in Japanese.

It has a range of 300 miles on a single tank of hydrogen and takes less than five minutes to recharge.

The vehicle emits only water vapor and will cost about $58,000.

Due to the lack of availability of filling stations, some auto analysts say it could be some time before the car is ready for the average commuter.

The Mirai goes on sale in the United States next year.
