SEATTLE — A crash on the Aurora Bridge in Seattle has left nine people critically injured and four others dead.
According to our media partner KCPQ, the accident happened after a ‘Ride the Ducks’ tour vehicle and a charter bus collided Thursday morning.
The bridge was closed for hours as more than 90 first responders converged on the scene, helping those involved.
An additional twelve individuals were taken to local hospitals for non-life-threatening injuries, and 30 others were checked out on the scene by paramedics.
Most of the injuries were sustained by those on the charter bus.
Witnesses told police, tourists on the tour vehicle could be seen crawling from the wreckage.
It’s unclear at this time what caused the crash.
