MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Drug Investigation Division obtained indictments for two local men for attempting to rob a home involved in an ongoing multi-agency drug investigation.

According to the news release, the TBI learned that Darren Downen and Anthony Davis planned to rob a residence in the Memphis area.

In May, the Shelby County Grand Jury returned indictments on the pair, charging them with conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.

Both men turned themselves on Thursday.

Downen was booked on $40,000 bond while Davis was booked on $50,000 bond.
