MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Fire investigators are looking for answers after two homes were intentionally set a blaze just days apart.

Late Saturday evening, crews were called to the 4000 block of Willowview Avenue after a one story home caught on fire.

The vacant building sustained more than $13,000 in damage, but was quickly brought under control.

On Monday, May 9, Memphis Fire responded to another fire call, but this time in the 3200 block of Norton Road.

When they arrived, flames were visible from the building.

Investigators later determined both fires were intentionally set from the inside of the home.

Both incidents remain under investigation at this time.
