MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police were investigating multiple shootings across the city Tuesday afternoon.
MPD said officers are on the scene of a shooting in the 6000 block of Ravenoak Court, in Hickory Hill. Officers located a male and female shooting victims. One of the victims was listed in critical condition, while the other victim was in non-critical condition.
But MPD sent an update which said the male victim did not survive his injuries. Additionally, MPD said a second male victim arrived at Baptist East by a private vehicle. That person is being detained.
Memphis Police are also investigating another shooting in the 600 block of Bethel, in the Uptown neighborhood. MPD said they located two victims there and both are listed in critical condition.
Later, one of those victims died, police reported.
Additionally, MPD said officers are working a shooting in the 5400 block of Hudgins Road. MPD said a male was shot. He is listed as non-critical.
