PANOLA COUNTY, Miss. — The Panola County District Attorney, Sheriff’s Department, and the Mississippi Department of Public Safety met on Wednesday to announce an indictment has been returned in the death of Jessica Chambers.
Chambers was found on the side of a rural road with burns to 98% of her body in December 2014.
She died the next day.
On Tuesday, a Grand Jury returned an indictment against 27-year-old Quinton Tellis.
