Munford, Tenn. — Less than a month after winning the grand prize, the Munford couple who won the Powerball jackpot is being sued by a prisoner.

According to Forbes, Jonathan Lee Riches, who is also known as Jihadi Schitz, has sued the Multistate Lottery Commission, Powerball and the Robinson family for what he claims is his share of the prize money.

He claimed he was entitled to half of the winning.

The lawsuit was hand written, reported Forbes, but said Riches was the true winner of the $1 billion Powerball drawing because he frequently sent money from his prison trust fund to family.

He claimed without his help, the family would otherwise have not been able to afford the tickets.

In addition, he claimed for the past couple of years, the Robinsons’ daughter, Tiffany, had been visiting him at the penitentiary and writing to him frequently.

Tiffany, he said, was going to “murry him” and become his Muslim wife.

Then the two of them planned to move to ” a remote island full of milk and honey.”

Lisa and John Robinson bought the winning ticket at Naifeh’s in Munford just before the drawing took place January 14.

John told reporters he bought that winning ticket on his way home from work.

The couple decided to take the lump sum worth over $328 million saying no one is guaranteed tomorrow.
