MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A shooting in North Memphis has reportedly left one woman injured.
WREG was initially told the shooting happened in the 1400 block of Britton Street Friday afternoon.
However, after searching the area and not finding a victim, the Memphis Police Department determined the call was related to another shooting that actually happened on Chelsea and Boxwood.
During that incident a woman was grazed by a bullet, but was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.
Witnesses told police the suspects were driving an older model Chevrolet.
