(Memphis) A Wooddale High student has been arrested for Possession of a Gun on Campus
Thursday morning, Shelby County Sheriff’s Detectives were called to Wooddale High School for a gun found on campus.
A Shelby County Sheriff’s Office School Resource Officers received a tip from a student that another student had a gun in his possession.
According to the SCSO, “The student, Cainen Gray, 19, was located by officers and school administrators while in class. When removed from class and informed of the tip, he surrendered an unloaded .22 caliber revolver to the SRO’s.”
Gray was arrested for Possession of a Weapon on School Property and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
