Members of the absentee counting board have begun scanning the 25,000 absentee ballots at the FedEx Forum, WREG’s Symone Woolridge reports. There are 200 people working to count the ballots.

Glad @JoneeLewisTV got a closeup pic of these scanners. These are the time-savers today! They scan 300 ballots per minute. W/o them this process would’ve taken all week instead of all day!
