MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Today is the deadline for voter registration for the primary election.
The deadline to register is February 1 for residents in Tennessee and Arkansas, while Mississippi voters have until February 8 to get registered.

The Shelby County Election Commission has a handy tool on its website that will look your name up and tell you whether or not you are.
You can find that tool here.
If you are not registered already, forms are available at the Shelby County Election Commission Office, or you can fill one out online.
Election Day is March 1.
