MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Summer break for students will be winding down before you know it, and Shelby County students need to go ahead and get registered for the new school year.

Throughout the month of July, staff will be at several community centers throughout the city helping to register children online — and helping you avoid the long lines later.

Also, uniforms and school supplies will be offered to eligible students on a first-come, first-served basis.

The help at the community centers will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Centers with registration from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.:
