- Be armed with a deal (know what your provider and the competition is offering)
- Bundles may not always be best (assess your needs, go from there)
- Keep track of when your current deal expires
- Pay your bill on time
- Be open to “lock in offers”
- Call again if the first person says no
- Ask to disconnect; specific department (these folks are focused on “retention” and you may get a better deal)
