There’s a new plan in place to give victims of domestic violence more help in the courts and law enforcement.

It’s the Blueprint for Safety, and it focuses on everything from how 9-1-1 dispatchers interact with victims to seeking harsher punishment for repeat offenders.

Shelby County Mayor Mark Luttrell and domestic violence survivor Miea Williams joined us on Live at 9 to discuss the plan.
