Indulge your sweet tooth with these brownies and make plans to attend the Chocolate Fantasy benefiting the Kidney Foundation of West Tennessee!

BCC Brownies

Yield: 18 pieces

3 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
22 ounces chocolate chips
1 pound butter
10 eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla

Combine all dry ingredients. Place chocolate chips and butter in microwave safe bowl and heat until melted. Whisk together eggs and vanilla. Slowly combine melted chocolate butter mixture into eggs until combined. Fold chocolate mixture into dry ingredients. Grease two 9×9 baking pans and pour batter into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until toothpick returns clean.
