Did you know that African American women are twice as likely than white women to die from breast cancer?

That is a staggering number especially since more white women are diagnosed with breast cancer.

Most of that is because many African American women don’t have access to the right medical care or have a lack of education on breast cancer and prevention.

Venecia Harris wants to bridge the gap and shrink those numbers for African American women.
