A scandal involving teachers changing answers on standardized tests ignites a national investigation. Last year, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution uncovered widespread cheating in schools there. A state report backed up those findings, accusing 180 Atlanta educators in 44 schools of cheating. Now, the newspaper has expanded its investigation nationally and has uncovered what they call “suspicious” results here in Memphis.  Atlanta Journal-Constitution editor Kevin Riley joins us.
