Chef Ryan Spruhan – Bastille Day Dinner at the Peabody Hotel

We’re getting ready to celebrate our Independence Day, but so, is France.  July 14th marks Bastille Day, the start of the French Revolution.  And what better place to mark the occasion, than the finest French restaurant in the Mid-South, Chez Philippe at the Peabody Hotel.  Chef Ryan Spruhan is preparing a special menu for the hotel’s historic dinner series.
