We are celebrating Cinco de Mayo with recipes for a trio of salsas to spice up your next meal.

Jason McElhaney with Moe’s Southwest Grill stopped by to bring some heat to the Live at 9 kitchen.

 

Recipes:

Tomatillo Salsa– Tomatillo, Cilantro, Onion, Jalapenos, Salt, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Powder

Ghost Pepper Salsa– Tomatoes, Tomatillo Salsa, Cilantro chopped, Onions, Pico, Lime Juice, Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper

Mango Tomatillo Salsa– White Tomatillo, Mango, Jalapeno, Onions, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Garlic Powder, Seasoning Salt
