Conflict resolution in the workplace

A Tennessee plant remains closed Thursday morning after an employee shot and killed two of his supervisors.

It happened one week ago at the Thomas and Betts manufacturing facility in Athens.

The TBI said long-time employee, 45-year-old Ricky Swafford abruptly left a meeting with his supervisors, then came back with a gun and shot them both.

He then walked around the plant armed before apparently taking his own life in a bathroom.

Meanwhile, police in Houston, Texas are still looking into the motive of a gunman who went on the rampage Monday shooting several motorists.

Early reports indicated he had problems at work as well.

He was eventually shot and killed by police.
