The area’s top chefs will tempt your taste buds with the Flavors of Memphis this weekend.

Foodies will love this, because not only do you get to try a lot of different dishes, they’ll be made right at your table in a unique dining experience for the American Liver Foundation.

Deri Whitaker represents the organization and is here with Scott Delarme from Simply Delicious Catering.

 

 

 

Seafood Pasta

4 servings

Linguini, pre cooked              16oz

Garlic, chopped                                  2 oz

Green onion, sliced                 2 oz

Olive Oil                                 3 oz

White wine                             2 oz

Basil, fresh                              .5 oz

Shrimp                                                10 oz

Scallop                                                10 oz

Crabmeat                                4 oz

Tomato, fresh, diced               6 oz

Crushed Red Pepper               .25 tsp

Parmesan, shaved                   4 oz

Salt & Pepper                         to taste

 

Method

1)      Pre heat a large saute pan, add olive oil, garlic, tomato & green onion, saute for 1-2 minutes

2)      Add seafood, crushed red pepper, and saute for 2-3 minutes, until done

3)      Deglaze the pan with wine, add the pasta, toss to heat

4)      Toss in Parmesan, fresh basil, season with salt and pepper

5)      Serve immediately
