Controversial proposals up for final readings
Memphis city leaders meet downtown on Tuesday for the third and final readings for the Memphis 3.0 plan and a proposal banning plastic checkout bags.
Memphis City Council members Patrice Robinson and Frank Colvett joined us to share their thoughts on the proposals.
