MEMPHIS, Tenn. — This morning, the fate of Shelby County’s opioid lawsuit is still uncertain.
Mayor Mark Luttrell recently vetoed the Shelby County Commission’s decision to hire a New York law firm to represent the county in their case against big pharma, but commissioners can still override that veto.
