This week’s furry friend is Mr. Magoo! He’s a three-year-old terrier mix, up for adoption at the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. If you know the cartoon Mr. Magoo, don’t worry, this dog’s eyes are fine! Mr. Magoo is friendly with dogs and cats. He’s very playful, friendly and affectionate. Mr. Magoo is already neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations. His adoption fee even includes a microchip. If he sounds like the dog for you, contact the Humane Society at 937-3900 or visit them in person on Farm Road in Memphis. And if you can’t adopt Mr. Magoo but you still want to help the Humane Society, why not sign up for “The Fast and the Furriest 5K”? It’s this Saturday! Your dogs are not only welcome to come, it’s actually encouraged! In fact, the event is one of the only dog-friendly 5K’s in Memphis! You can register on-site at the Humane Society tomorrow morning.
