The troubled Memphis Animal Shelter may be under new leadership, but we’re still seeing some of the same old problems.

Just this month, four puppies were mistakenly euthanized.

It’s something new Memphis Animal Services Director Alexis Pugh vowed to stop when she took over the job two months ago.
