MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Six Memphis rock bands will play a benefit this weekend for Colt Nuccio.
The 16-month-old Memphis boy suffers from a rare condition called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis.
LCH happens when the body makes too many of a certain type of white blood cell, which can form tumors or damage organs.
It’s not cancer, but doctors at St. Jude are treating it with chemotherapy.
The Bands of Rock Benefit includes acts like Axios Of Irony, Lost Cauze, Power Trip, Nutbush Superstar, EMN and 714.
The doors open at 8 p.m. Saturday, June 21 at the Stage Stop on Cela Road.
