Today there’s a controversial plan, up for debate today at the Memphis City Council. Councilman Edmund Ford, Jr., wants to charge for vehicle inspection fees, and he wants any driver who frequents Memphis to have to pay up, even if you don’t live here. Mr. Ford along with fellow Councilman Kemp Conrad are here to talk about that as well as a possible tax increase.
