The Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender Community is pushing the Memphis City Council to protect their rights. Later today City Council Members will vote on whether or not they should amend the Anti-Discrimination Policy. We have Council Member Kemp Conrad and Harold Collins here today to discuss what this Anti-Discrimination Ordinance means.
