Memphis City Council Preview

The Memphis City Council meets today too.  They’ll give final approval to a new budget.  But there’s still talk about how to make more money for Memphis.  One idea would have you paying more at the pump. Councilman Edmund Ford is here to talk about his new proposal. He’s joined by fellow Council Member Kemp Conrad.
