MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Tomatoes are in season again.

You can find them already at Farmers Markets around the Mid-South which means it is a good time to talk about pico de gallo.

Calvin Shaw and Jason McElhaney with Moe’s Southwest Grill joined us to share their recipe.

 

Moe’s Fresh Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:

2 c Tomatoes, diced and drained
one small bunch Cilantro, chopped
1/2 c Onions, diced
2 T Southwest Seasoning
Salt
Jalapeños, diced  – to taste
squeeze juice of 1/2 Lime
