Kate Middleton was expected to attend the “Winter Whites” Charity Gala with her husband, but she’s still recovering, after being hospitalized with extreme morning sickness. Prince William fielded questions about Kate, telling a fellow guest, his wife’s condition is more like “all day and all night sickness”.
