(WREG-TV) The Yoknapatawpha Arts Council is launching a new festival the first weekend in August.

The Fringe Festival will take place in Oxford.

There is no cost for artists to apply and the event provides a performance space and equipment.

The festival is looking for visual and performing artists, like painter Cindy Aune.

Cindy paints using only her fingers and paper towels.

She created a painting from start to finish on Live at 9. She shows us how she does it in the video above.
