A special school provides hope to young criminals, sentenced to do time.  And just because they’re being detained by Juvenile Court, doesn’t mean they can’t go to class.  They actually have their own school. Hope Academy was started 2 years ago, and is already seeing success.   Larry Scroggs and Michael Smith are here to tell us how it works.
