Oshi’s Burger Bar is now open at 94 S. Main Street in Downtown Memphis. It’s a classic American burger joint and malt shop, with a Japanese influence! Oshi’s Toro Toro burger

Ingredients:

5 oz Ahi tuna patty

2 avocados

2 oz Asian cole slaw

Sesame seeds

Umami mayo

Oil olive

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Directions:

Step 1: Heat olive oil on medium-high heat in a caste iron skillet.

Step 2: Place Ahi tuna patty in skillet and sear on both sides for about two minutes.

Step 3: Mash avocados and place on bottom of bun.

Step 4: Place seared Ahi tuna patty on bun and top with sesame seeds.

Step 5: Top with Asian cole slaw, salt and pepper and Umami mayo.

Step 6: Enjoy!

 

Oshi’s Umami Mayo

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups mayo

1 tbl soy sauce

1 tbl rice wine vinegar

1 tbl fish sauce

1 tbl white vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp wasabi powder

¼ tsp white pepper

 

Directions:

Step 1: Place all ingredients in stainless steel bowl.

Step 2: Mix with whisk.

Step 3: Serve on burger and enjoy!
